You can lead, direct and make timely adjustments where necessary. You are social and can get along with work planners, draftsmen, mechanics, side contractors and customers. You know how to work cost-consciously and high-quality.
You stand your ground in terms of communication and have commercial qualities. You are someone who can make and follow up on schedules. You are the leader with an eye for detail. If you recognize yourself in this, then you are the project leader we are looking for. For the position of Project Manager, you will also bring the following:
Architectural analysis by education (Architecture MBO/HBO).
Experience in project management in construction at previous positions.
Affinity with the refrigeration and cold store construction sector (is an advantage).
Command of the English and German language (is an advantage).
Socially skilled, enterprising and someone who is firmly in his / her shoes.
